At FILO, we specialise in mobility, strength, and conditioning for combat sports athletes. However, our experience spans men and women, ages 5 to 94, from day-1 beginners and those with physical disabilities to MMA world champions. We meet you wherever you are, and tailor our approach to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Dave...
I’m a personal trainer and online coach, working with clients in High Wycombe and across the UK. I help people achieve a wide range of goals, from strength and conditioning to mental resilience and overall wellbeing.
With a decade of experience in exercise science and a background competing in martial arts, combat sports, ultra-endurance events, and strength competitions, I understand what it takes to push past limits. My approach combines proven training methods with a focus on mindset, helping clients build the physical and mental foundation to reach their goals and live the life they’re called to.
